GS and FW entered into an “Equal Partnership Agreement” on 28 November 2005 0n the Isle of Man, British Isles.

A confirmatory agreement was signed in 24 March 2020, with two Addenda added 0n 6 October 2020 and 24 August 2021

In terms of clause 1 of the Addendum dated 6 October 2020, GS obtained the right and obligation to collect all the relevant indebted funds emanating from the various projects that form part of the Equal Partnership Agreements, ensuring the agreed upon distribution thereof.
